Exercise Physiology

Our Accredited Exercise Physiology team work closely with our Physiotherapists provided evidence based exercise programs to our patients to assist them with all aspects of recovery or general health improvement. They have access to excellent accessible state of the art equipment at all our locations. Including an AlterG anti-gravity treadmill and technogym Kinesis units which are perfect for function movements and wheelchair accessibility



Women’s health physiotherapy helps manage and treat issues specific to women through their life stages - from young women, through the child-bearing years, to mid-life and beyond menopause.

Did you know that one in every three women who have ever had a baby have problems with bladder leakage? Unfortunately it is not a topic that is talked about a lot and the majority of these women suffer in silence, thinking it is just a normal part of life once you’ve had a baby. But it is not and there is help available! Physiotherapy can cure incontinence in 65% of cases

Our Womens Health Physiotherapists can assist with:

  • Musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction during and after pregnancy (back pain, pelvic girdle pain, tailbone pain, abdominal muscle separation, wrist pain)
  • Returning to running/exercise post pregnancy
  • Continence issues affecting both the bladder and bowel constipation 
  • Pelvic organ prolapse
  • Pelvic pain
  • Issues that arise around menopause


Our Podiatrists have a thorough understanding of the way your foot interacts with ground forces and be able to recommend effective strategies to minimise any excessive forces which cause pain or injury. It is also referred to as biomechanics (which is the application of mechanical principles to the human body) and encompasses Sports Podiatry.

They are experienced working with our runners and cyclists and also with general Podiatry needs.


Our Dietitian Carolyn has worked in private practice all over Sydney. She has gained experience providing nutrition education and counselling to patients and their families with an array of medical conditions.  

These conditions may include Diabetes and Pre-diabetes, Hyperlipidaemia, Hypertension, Weight loss, Sports Nutrition, Food Intolerances and Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Malnutrition, as well as many others. 

Carolyn believes in having a positive approach towards eating with realistic goals. Her aim is to make you feel confident making healthy choices that lead you to a happy and healthy lifestyle, and help you manage chronic disease.
