The AAPP is a 20 week program for kids designed to equip them with the coordination, control and strength to help prevent knee injuries through sport. Utilising current research and guided by our experienced Physiotherapists we have designed a program that will improve performance, be fun for kids and most importantly help prevent them from serious injuries through the sports season.
The program is designed for kids playing Soccer, Netball, Football and AFL who want to improve their strength, agility and coordination with possible ambitions of playing at a representative level or simply just looking to do what they can to help prevent significant knee injuries.
The results of the program are guaranteed. Meaning if any participant completes the program in its entirety and injures their Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in the concurrent season we will undertake all their Physiotherapy rehabilitation back to activity for free.
